Job Description
Garden Villas of OFallon Retirement and Assisted Living Communities has an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in building maintenance general repairs and knowledge in HVAC pool maintenance electrical and plumbing. These highly respected professional candidates must have exceptional organizational and communication skills to ensure compliance in regulations inspections and tests. Fire safety experience and/or HVAC certification a plus. Senior apartment housing or healthcare background preferred.
