AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The daytoday on the job)

• Coordinate and manage construction and renovation projects across multiple hospitality properties ensuring adherence to brand standards safety regulations and design specifications. Work closely with project managers architects and internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals and budget constraints.
• Conduct thorough site inspections and quality assessments throughout construction phases meticulously documenting progress identifying potential issues and implementing proactive solutions to maintain project timelines and quality benchmarks. Utilize advanced measurement tools and digital reporting systems to track and communicate project status effectively.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including technical specifications compliance checklists budget tracking reports and standardized quality control protocols. Ensure all documentation meets both internal organizational requirements and external regulatory standards for hospitality construction and renovation projects.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to evaluate and select construction materials vendors and subcontractors focusing on quality costeffectiveness and alignment with brand aesthetic and functional requirements. Perform comprehensive vendor performance evaluations and maintain an updated database of preferred construction partners.
• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols across construction sites ensuring strict compliance with OSHA regulations local building codes and companyspecific safety guidelines. Conduct regular safety training sessions and risk assessments to minimize potential workplace incidents and maintain a secure construction environment.
• Manage budget allocations and financial tracking for construction projects developing accurate cost estimates monitoring expenditures and identifying opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality or design integrity. Prepare comprehensive financial reports and present budget analyses to senior management.
• Leverage advanced technology and digital tools such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) project management software and realtime communication platforms to enhance project coordination streamline communication and improve overall construction efficiency across multiple hospitality properties.
• Provide technical support and expert guidance to design teams helping translate conceptual designs into practical executable construction plans that balance aesthetic requirements with functional and budgetary constraints. Act as a critical liaison between design construction and management teams.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance frameworks specific to hospitality construction creating standardized processes that can be replicated across different properties and projects. Design comprehensive quality control checklists and performance evaluation metrics to ensure consistent excellence in construction outcomes.
• Continuously research emerging trends in hospitality design construction technologies and sustainable building practices integrating innovative solutions that enhance guest experience improve operational efficiency and demonstrate the organizations commitment to cuttingedge hospitality infrastructure.
