Job Description
The company was founded in 2008 starting under its first name A1 Karaoke Nights before becoming the wellknown brand it is today. For the first few years A1 Karaoke Nights acted as distributors for some of the other brands of karaoke machines and discs and it was very clear the market contained a lot of low quality inferior products both in terms of music and sound. Vocal Star started to produce our own karaoke music and backing tracks as well as karaoke machines speaker and microphones.
Vocal Star Ltd design produce and supply karaoke products speakers and music.We are looking to recruit a warehouse operative to join our fastgrowing business. We are a small friendly team and every member of our team is actively involved in all company decisions and future planning. There is a good friendly working atmosphere and everyone gets on well. The right candidate is used to using their initiative and has excellent attention to detail.
Warehouse Operative Main Responsibilities;
- Processing Courier and postage labels
- Picking and packing orders
- Dealing with returns
- Keeping the workplace clean and tidy
- Taking deliveries
- Stock takes
- As well as other duties.
We will fully train the apprentice in all areas of the role including Health and Safety within the working area. We will endevour to work with the apprentice to complete all areas of their course requirements within the workplace.
Requirements
Must be able to travel to and from work. Needs to be able to drive or take public transport.
