THE OVERVIEW
CR is an independent nonprofit with a community of more than 5 million members who share our commitment to fight for a fair and just marketplace. Membership dues are the biggest driver of the revenue that allow us to empower and inform consumers incentivize corporations to act responsibly and help policymakers prioritize the rights and interests of consumers in order to shape a truly consumerdriven marketplace.
The Senior Director Membership Marketing oversees and executes marketing strategies that attract engage and retain members for the organization with a focus on maximizing membership contributions through both revenue optimization and expense management. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer the Senior Director will be a key partner across the organization managing acquisition teams that drive overall long term value for CR including Paid Media Membership Retention & Engagement Shopping Marketing Newsletter & Email Marketing and Innovation Marketing. Youll also oversee the team responsible for audience selection from CRs database for marketing campaigns and other initiatives.

FAIR PAY AND A JUST WORKPLACE
At Consumer Reports we are committed to fair transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive marketinformed compensation. The target salary range for this position is $270$290K. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall near the middle of this range. Compensation for the successful candidate will be informed by the candidates particular combination of knowledge skills competencies and experience.
