About NACHC:

Founded in 1971 the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) is the national membership organization for the nations federally qualified health centers (also known as FQHCs or Community Health Centers). Health centers are nonprofit community-directed health clinics that provide access to high-quality culturally competent and comprehensive care to people living in medically underserved areas. Position Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Manager for NACHC Select & Corporate Membership who will help be the driving force behind the growth of NACHC Select Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) Program and NACHCs Corporate Membership. This role is responsible for identifying cultivating and closing new vendor partnerships to meet growth targets. This is a high-visibility high-impact role ideal for a dynamic persuasive and results-driven sales professional.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Execution

a. Own the full sales cycle from qualifying and prioritizing leads to contract execution.

b. Build and maintain a strong organization pipeline to meet monthly funnel goals.

c. Identify and pursue new vendor opportunities aligned with NACHCs mission and value proposition.

d. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current vendors.

e. Represent NACHC Select and Corporate Membership at internal and external conferences trade shows and networking events.

2. Collaboration and Communication

a. Recruit and retain corporate members through outreach onboarding and ongoing engagement.

b. Conduct welcome calls check-ins and benefit utilization support for new partners for both NACHC Select and Corporate Membership.

c. Supervise and mentor the NACHC Select & Corporate Membership Specialist who will be responsible for research lead generation and data entry.

d. Provide coaching and direction to ensure high-quality support and professional development of all potential new NACHC Select & Corporate Membership Specialists.

3. Reporting and Forecast

a. Provide feedback to leadership on market trends vendor needs and competitive intelligence.

b. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and vendor satisfaction.

c. Oversee accurate tracking of sales activities and pipeline.

d. Provide regular updates and forecasts to leadership on progress toward goals.

e. Will work with the Deputy Director of NACHC Select & Corporate Membership Marketing to manage timelines deliverables and budgets related to ensure that all deliverables are met for all companies that are a part of NACHC Select and NACHC Corporate Membership.

4. Serve as a team member to support function area responsibilities and activities related to engagement with NACHCs constituents.

a. Support other duties as directed which may include assisting with NACHC Committees Subcommittees and/or Taskforces of the Board of Directors.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university focusing on Business or related field (masters preferred).

At least five years experience in B2B sales business development or partnerships preferably in technology healthcare or GPO organizations.

Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing tools; experience with iMIS is a plus.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.

Works effectively (prioritize multi-task deliver on-time) with attention to detail.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

Self-starter with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.

Technical Skills:

Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications.

Proficiency in project management tools for planning executing and evaluating programs.

Experienced user of video-conference platforms including Microsoft Teams Zoom.

Superior verbal and written skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and be responsive to internal and external requests.

Experienced with project management customer relationship management learning management platforms and other virtual apps or software.

Ability to employ digital tools for collaboration communication and project management to facilitate remote and cross-functional team interactions.

Salary: $80000 - $100000
