Description
The Lead Maintenance Tech is responsible for maintaining various sites in a state of operating excellence so that they meet the performance needs of the organization supervises crews and jobs; schedule staff; communicates with Market President of Premium Parking.
Core Functions
- Daily weekly and monthly maintenance procedures
- Communicates issues to Market President
- Oversee repairs renovations and upgrades to parking lots and buildings as directed
- Communicate with vendors to coordinate orders deliveries parts and work.
- Performs routine maintenance around facilities such as repairing structural damage painting wall repair and lighting
- Hanging and maintaining signage.
- Repairing lighting replacing bulbs installing new lighting
- Maintaining equipment in good working order
- Painting and striping of parking lots
- Repairing and identifying potential safety hazards
- Working with subcontractors on a variety of issues.
- Provides responsible repair and installation of services to our customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintains in good order any and all tools provided by Premium Parkingto perform installation and repair services.
- Complies with all OSHA regulations as outlined in the OSHA manual and training.
- Maintains and utilizes personal protective equipment when needed.
- Communicates in a timely manner keeping all informed of progress of assignments as necessary.
- Completes all work orders in a timely manner. All work orders should be closed daily and submitted for billing..
- Complies with all terms of the Fleet Management Policy including light maintenance cleaning the interior and exterior of the assigned vehicle daily
Qualifications
Qualifications
- General knowledge of basic maintenance procedures
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Basic knowledge of painting procedures
- General knowledge of concrete repairs
- Flexible availability any day of the week including nights and weekends
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Selfmotivated responsible reliable and detailoriented
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. stand for up to 8 hours at a time and work outdoors
