Job Description
Vic Lm Tt Business Analyst Executive (Sales Analytics)
Vic Lm Tt is a fastgrowing vertical at Ch Tt that aims to to provide an effective and reliable platform for both job seekers and recruiters. We are looking for an eager dedicated and passionate Business Analyst to join us and contribute to drive sales success for the Commercial segment. The successful candidate will leverage data analytics and users insights to maximise sales efficiency and sales performance. We welcome applicants who possess a userfocused mindset strive for excellence and proactively drive necessary initiatives to achieve defined goals.
Responsibilities:
Closely monitor and suggest initiatives to enhance the efficiency of sales operational systems including the sales dashboard CRM call center and sales operation protocols ensuring seamless operations and maximum productivity.
Track the overall performance of the sales team promptly alert supervisors to any issues that arise propose viable recommendations and prepare detailed performance reports.
Track the overall performance of commercial served customers and promptly alert supervisors to any issues
Gather product feedback from the sales team and monitor competitor activities providing valuable insights to product development teams and supervisors to drive product improvements and strategic decisions.
Incharge the setup and delivery of addon services to customers including logos banners and promotion payout ensuring timely and accurate service provision.
Handle salesrelated paperwork for the sales team and monitor customer payments to ensure compliance with legal and finance team requirements.
Take charge of ad hoc projects and analysis assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications :
University Graduate with minimum 1 years of experience
Strong analytical problem solving skill and attention to details.
Possess good business understanding of digital products
Userfocused mindset and a can do attitude.
Good data processing skills and be familiar with SQL Big Query Data Studio etc. Ability to translate data into business insights.
Able to work in a fastpaced team structure under time pressure
Good data visualization and presentation skill
Teamwork skill in order to collaborate acrossteams.
