Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscaping Field Supervisor to lead our onsite teams and ensure the highest standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a keen eye for detail and a passion for landscaping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily landscaping operations ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of landscaping crews providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and address any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage inventory equipment maintenance and procurement of materials.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Train and mentor new team members fostering a collaborative and productive team culture.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress resource allocation and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the landscaping or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques tools and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints plans and specifications.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Valid drivers license.
- Certification in horticulture or related field is a plus.
