Deputy Manager (Childrens Home)
Where you will be based: Blackpool
The Service Users: The Deputy Manager will be supporting up to 4 with Autistic Spectrum Conditions Learning disabilities or EBD depending on the home you are allocated to (multiple opening)

Working Week and Pay:
Hours: Fulltime 37 hours per week on a rolling rota shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.
Sleeps: Occasional sleepin shifts are required with additional payment provided.

What you will need/NonNegotiables:
Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in social care or related field.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the social care sector.
Driving Licence: Essential.
Min Age: As per legal requirements 23
