Job Description

Duties Include

Preparing food for residents to dietary requirements under the guidance of the senior cook/chef

Ensuring all working practices are compliant to company regulations

Ensuring a clean and hygienic kitchen environment is maintained

Ensuring resourceful use of food is maintain.

Complying with all kitchen legal and governance

Requirements

Qualificationas

functional maths & english essential 4/C and Above GCSE
