The Telesales Support Specialist is responsible for several commercial activities such as:
- contacting potential customers via phone according to the companys internal policies in order to schedule live and online meetings for the Field Sales Team;
- informing them about the companys products & services;
- conducting a professional discussion with a decisionmaker in the potential client company;
- entering and updating customer information in our database;
- keeping records of calls and pinpointing useful information;
- assisting the Field Sales Team regarding administrative tasks;
- meeting company expectations for excellent customer service by learning details about our products;
- addressing any questions or issues customers may have.
Qualifications :
If you have:
- excellent communication and customer service skills;
- experience in telesales or any other call center support activity;
- positive attitude towards achieving monthly KPIs (calls and meetings arrangement);
- at least high school degree of education;
- excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office software products CRM and Google product systems;
- good command of English;
- and last but not least willingness to learn new things and develop in the field of sales finances insurance or data analyzing
