**Designation Engineering Recruiter (US Market)
**Shift timing 7:00pm 4:00am IST 5 days working Sat/Sun off)
**CTC range open for the right candidate
**Location: Noida( Onsite)
**Experience 23 Years into fullcycle Engineeringrecruiting experience required preferably in the Manufacturing Semiconductor Aerospace Defense Medical Devices Electronics or automotive Industry
Role Description
Roles and Responsibility
- Holding 1 yr to 2yrs of relevant fullcycle Engineeringrecruiting experience required preferably in the Manufacturing Semiconductor Aerospace Defense Medical Devices Electronics or automotive Industries.
- Handson experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Handson with Dice Monster CareerBuilder Indeed ZipRecruiter LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
- Experience working with MSP and Direct Clients on core W2 requirements.
- Proactive in identifying problems and solutionoriented.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a technical field
- Must be comfortable working night shifts.
- Worked on Semiconductor Engineering /Manufacturing / Energy clients / Aerospace / Defense / Electronics MFG or Automotive MFG/ Chemical MFG/Industrial Manufacturing Industry
- Experience working with MSP and Direct Clients on core W2 requirements
