Job Description

We are a forwardthinking organization dedicated to attracting top talent fostering a highperformance culture and creating an inclusive innovative workplace. As we continue to grow we are seeking a Benefits Leader to provide leadership to the team members within the benefits area.  In this role you would execute benefit operations manage and develop staff and have accountability for the performance and results of the team.  In addition you would plan develop and implement strategic and tactical benefit plans for the firm.

Responsibilities include:

  • Guiding day to day activities of the team while developing and mentoring staff in strategy and creativity in delivering a great experience for employees.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive benefit plans including health dental vision life insurance wellness and recognition programs.
  • Ensuring all benefit plans comply with federal state and local regulations.
  • Selecting and managing relationships with benefit plan providers and vendors.
  • Analyzing the financial impact of benefit programs and make recommendations for cost savings and improvements.
  • Overseeing the resolution of escalated employee benefit claims and issues.

We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Omaha or Lincoln NE office locations or working in a hybrid environment aligned with one of these two locations.


Qualifications :

You bring to the team:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources business or a related area preferred. In lieu of a bachelors degree an associate degree with equivalent experience is required.
  • Minimum eight years experience in a related position.
  • Minimum four years experience in management supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent interpersonal problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships internally and externally.
