Inthisroleyouwillleadthedevelopmentofbreakthroughmarketingplansandactivationsthat create brand preference deliver marketing results and business impact for the Adobe brand and its portfolio of creative applications. BeaknowledgeableauthorityontheaudienceswesupportrangingfromconsumertoEnterprise andthecategoriesandindustriesinwhichwecompete.Bringfreshrelevantpointsofviewtothe work at hand and build whats next.

Partner with Global Marketing and Product Marketing teams to craft strategy and plans that enablebreakthroughactivationsacrossownedearnedandpaidmarketingchannels.Correlate activations to measurement plans that yield performance results.

Leadcohesivebrandactivationplansincludingbrandadvertisingproductinnovationcampaigns alwayson marketing activities brand partnerships and extensions into culture and entertainment. Drive consistent experiences across all audience touch points.

Developcontentstrategieswithinternalteamsandexternalagenciesthatenablebrand advertising in partnership with Studio and agency partners.

Advocateforbrandmarketinginvestmentsthatcreatesustainablemarketingimpactand business growth.

ChampionbrandpurposeensuringItiscoordinatedintothedefinitionofourbrandsandinto how our brands show up at every touch point.

WhatYoullNeedtoSucceed

10yearsexperienceinbrandmarketinginclientagencyindustries. Bachelors Degree or equivalent (MBA preferred).

Provenexperiencebuildingbrandsandresultsorientedmarketingplans.Familiaritywithbrand fundamentals (architecture identity and competitive positioning) of global brand.

The ability to work with global brands that span consumer and enterprisebusinesses.

Applieduseofconsumerinsightsmarketresearchmarketinganalyticsandmeasurementmodels.

Understandingoffullfunnelmarketing;diversemarketingchannelsassociatedgoalsandmetrics.

Beaconfidentstoryteller.Exhibitexecutivepresencecombinedwithcommunicationandsocial skills that authentically engage all levels of the organization.

Beenergizedbyconnectingthedotsbetweeninsightsstrategyandplanningandimpactfulresults.

Model collaboration and leadership combined with optimism curiosity andcreativity.

Comfortwithcocreationprocessesandanunderstandingthatgreatoutcomesaremade possible with strong partnerships with stakeholders.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $138800 $256450 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on jobrelated knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
