Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Workday Prism Reporting Leadwith a strong background in the utilities industryto join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the development deployment and maintenance of Workday Prism Analytics solutions to support datadriven decisionmaking within our organization. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in Workday reporting data modeling and analyticswithin the utilities sector ensuring compliance with industry regulations and optimizing reporting workflows.

- Lead the design development and deployment of Workday Prism Analyticssolutions tailored to the needs of the utilities industry.
- Build custom reports dashboards and data modelsusing Workday Prism for HR finance payroll supply chain and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate them into scalable Workday Prism solutions.
- Develop calculated fields advanced reports and composite reportsto support strategic business decisionmaking.
- Ensure Workday Prism Analytics integrates seamlessly with Workday core modules and external data sources.
- Work closely with data engineers and business analyststo design and optimize data ingestion transformation and governanceprocesses in Workday Prism.
- Manage large datasets ensuring accuracy integrity and compliance with utilities industry standardsand regulations.
- Develop predictive analytics modelsto enhance reporting and forecasting capabilities.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Partner with finance HR supply chain operations and compliance teamsto align reporting strategies with business objectives.
- Work closely with IT teamsto ensure seamless data integration and security compliance.
- Provide training and supportto business users on Workday Prism functionalities and best practices.
- Lead and mentor junior team members on Workday Prism reporting methodologies.
- Ensure all reporting solutions comply with utility industry regulations labor laws and financial reporting requirements.
- Maintain auditready reporting structuresto support internal and external compliance reviews.
- Stay updated on Workday Prism enhancements and industry trends recommending improvements to optimize reporting processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
- 5 yearsof Workday reporting experience including at least 3 yearsworking with Workday Prism Analytics.
- Strong expertise in Workday Advanced Composite Matrix and BIRT reports.
- Experience working in the utilities sector(e.g. energy gas water power renewables) with knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Expertise in data modeling ETL processes and data transformation techniqueswithin Workday Prism.
- Handson experience integrating Workday with external data sourcesusing Workday Prism.
- Proficiency in SQL data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI) and Workday security frameworks.
- Strong understanding of business processesin HR finance payroll and supply chain within the utilities industry.
- Excellent problemsolving skills stakeholder communication and project management abilities.
- Workday Pro Certificationin Reporting or Prism Analytics.
- Experience in Workday Studio Workday Extend or Workday Integration tools.
- Prior experience with financial reporting asset management and regulatory compliancein the utilities industry.
- Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Insightsand other forecasting tools.
