Packaging Associate (Foams) HIRING IMMEDIATELY Temple TX

Packer Incentives:

$17.31 per hour

Packer available day shifts: 8AM 8PM and night shift 8PM8AM

Packer Compensation:

• Starting rate $17.31 an hour

As a Packer you will:
Packer provides support for the operation team by working safely in a fast paced production warehouse environment while inspecting product for defects and packing finished goods in correct configuration.

• Package product into boxes and prepare for shipment
• Check for quality issues to product and contact team lead with issues
• Ensure you have enough supplies at your station (boxes tape ect.
• Keep station clean at all times
• Follow safety guidelines at all times

Education and/or Experience:

• Previous experience in a fastpaced manufacturing environment is highly preferred
• Ability to work with others effectively as a part of a team is essential.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions is required.

Physical Demand/Effort:

• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and clothing when required such as safety shoes face masks safety glasses hearing protection hard hat/bump cap hair/beard net and gloves
• Ability to stand walk twist stoop squat kneel crawl bend throughout the duration of the scheduled shift
• Prolonged standing while performing the duties of the job
• Job requires high level of manual dexterity with repetitive use of hands shoulders elbows hips knees and ankles
