Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage the companys HR activities strategies and plans. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to plan develop and execute recruitment retention and employee engagement programs. The Human Resources Manager will also ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Recruitment and talent acquisition experience
- Expertise in compensation and benefits management performance management and employee relations
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Problemsolving ability and attention to detail
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is desirable
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field
