Job Description

We are looking for a Level 3 Support Engineer to join a dynamic IT team based in Perth Southern Suburbs on a initial 3 month contract basis.

The Role:

  • Providing general LEvel 3 IT support to internal users
  • Managing and troubleshooting Windows Server environments
  • Administering Office 365 (O365 and Active Directory (AD)
  • Supporting and maintaining the Cisco CAll Manager and UCCX Systems.
  • Ensuring seamless communication and IT operations across the organisation

Your skills:

  • Expertise in Windows Server O365 and AD administration
  • Strong experience with Cisco UCCX and call management systems
  • Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to IT support
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ideally hold industry certification from Cisco and/or Microsoft
