Finance Manager at New Franchise Import Store
Location: Broward County: Florida

Position: Finance Manager
Type: FullTime
**Key Responsibilities:**
Oversee the finance department ensuring compliance with all financial policies and procedures.
Work closely with sales teams to secure financing for customers optimizing financing options and products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
Prepare and review financial contracts with accuracy and detail.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing transparent and ethical financial services.
Manage and lead the finance team promoting a culture of high performance and continuous development.
Stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in automotive finance.
Contribute to the dealerships goals by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in the finance department.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field. Equivalent experience in automotive finance management may be considered.
Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of lending procedures financial products and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
Proficient in CDK and Dealer Track.
