About the role
Were seeking an experienced fulltime Operations Manager to oversee multiple sites at the Perth Cultural Centre. This role ensures toptier service delivery operational efficiency and safety compliance across all locations. Youll lead a team of security professionals manage daily operations and maintain high standards of security and client service.
Key responsibilities
Team Management: Supervise security staff across all sites ensuring professionalism punctuality and adherence to dress and conduct standards.
Service Quality: Monitor and uphold service delivery standards ensuring the team meets or exceeds expectations.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to security protocols operating procedures and safety regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with our client PCC to deliver responsive innovative and effective security support. Proactively identify potential issues liaise with the client to minimise disruption and implement efficiencies as needed.
What were looking for
Experience: 5 years in security operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Certifications: Security Operations Certification II/III WA Security Licence National Police Clearance First Aid and current drivers licence.
Skills: Strong knowledge of security protocols compliance standards and HSEQ practices; proficiency in security technology.
Client Liaison: Experience working with varied and diverse clients delivering exceptional customer service and providing clear communication regarding tasks and expectations.
Attributes: Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Leadership: Manage a diverse team across a variety of locations
Ideal Candidate
Youre a proactive leader with solid experience in security and team management. You have strong communication and leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards while ensuring safety and compliance across all sites.
