About the Role
We are in an exciting phase of growth and this is a great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join us and help us build our team!
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture this role will work closely with various teams across the organisation to manage the end to end recruitment process from requirement gathering to onboarding.
Youll play a crucial role in ensuring that we continue to attract and recruit top talent that will help us achieve our organisational goals.
This is a 6month fixedterm position based in our Sydney campus
Key Responsibilities:
EndtoEnd Recruitment Management: Oversee the recruitment process including creating and maintaining position descriptions posting job ads obtaining offer approvals and issuing employment agreements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with managers to discuss qualifications skills and suitability of candidates.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilise social media and other platforms to advertise vacancies and identify candidates.
Building Candidate Relationships: Actively build candidate relationship and network for passive recruitment as well as maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future opportunities.
Shortlisting & Interviewing: Conduct interviews phone calls and meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
Recruitment Administration: Maintain detailed candidate profiles in recruitment software ensuring progress feedback and qualifications are updated.
Reporting: Produce weekly tracking reports for recruitment activities.
Education Experience and Skills:
Qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment with a strong track record of successful candidate placements
Experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of Australian employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- Experience using recruitment software (Martian Logic or similar) and HRIS systems (ELMO or similar)
- Ability to work with stakeholders across different level
- Ability to work on multiple prioritise and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MSOffice365
