Job Title: Referral Marketing Executive

Job Summary:The Referral Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in promoting and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals physicians and other referral sources to drive patient referrals to Felix Hospital . This position is responsible for developing and executing referral marketing strategies fostering partnerships and ensuring the hospitals services are topofmind for referring healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Referral Source Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with local healthcare professionals physicians and referral sources including clinics medical practices and other medical facilities.
Act as the primary point of contact for referral sources ensuring excellent communication and addressing their needs promptly.
2. Marketing Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement referral marketing strategies to attract engage and retain referral sources.
Create targeted marketing campaigns and materials to educate and inform potential referring partners about the hospitals services and specialties.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze referral source data to identify trends referral patterns and areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports to management on referral source performance conversion rates and marketing campaign effectiveness.
4. Events and Networking:
Plan and organize events workshops and seminars to engage referral sources and build relationships.
Attend medical conferences trade shows and local networking events to promote the hospital and identify potential referral partners.
5. Training and Education:
Provide training and educational materials to referral sources to ensure they are informed about the hospitals services capabilities and facilities.
6. Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to referral relationships in healthcare.
7. Budget Management:
Manage the referral marketing budget ensuring costeffective strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
Must have proven experience in healthcare marketing business development or a similar role preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Datadriven and analytical mindset for tracking and measuring the success of referral marketing efforts.
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
