Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our field services team. The successful candidate will be trained and supported to become responsible for providing exceptional customer service on equipment installations repairs and servicing. Equipment such as:
MFD (photocopier/printers) installations and servicing
ATM repairs and installs
Incidental cabling work
Gaming machine service and repairs
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
Qualifications:
No qualifications required; we will train you! To succeed the following will help:
oGood written English and basic math skills
oExcellent communication and interpersonal
oAttention to detail and accuracy
oBasic computer skills
oBe willing to attain gaming machine repair licence
oCollaborate with team members to implement improvement strategies to achieve business objectives
