Your Role:
The Senior Manager FP&A is responsible for supporting the Client Delivery and Investment FP&A functions through comprehensive planning monitoring evaluation and reporting of financial performance.
Key responsibilities include providing strategic direction in financial planning developing and managing processes to enhance forecasting analysis and decision support efficiencies and building and maintaining metricdriven financial models to evaluate profitability cost management and productivity improvements.
Additionally the Senior Manager will oversee preparing and presenting financial performance reports to senior management and collaborate closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial planning and analysis.
You Will be Responsible For:
Developing directing and maintaining effective and efficient financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes.
Coordinating with Client Delivery & Investments FP&A teams and Accounting on actual results budgets and forecasting activities
Analyzing Client Delivery and Investments regional and functional financial results (revenue expenses and operating income) and relevant trends to identify and understand opportunities and risks to achieving financial objectives
Identifying areas of possible revenue opportunities and/or potential cost savings to incorporate into the business financial plan and forecast
Proposing and designing ongoing methods for monitoring the health of the business including participating in longterm and shortterm financial planning
Performing detailed analysis of profitability results inputs and drivers. Developing model outputs and structure to aid investment and resource allocation decisions.
Creating/maintaining interpreting and delivering management reporting in the form of presentations performance dashboards and other visual tools for business leaders including senior executives
Supporting the expansion of responsibilities within the Hyderabad Indiabased Global Business Services team including documentation training and stabilization of transitioned processes
Various adhoc requests as required
The Experience You Bring:
Experience in financial analysis scenario planning forecasting decision modeling and understanding business profitability.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large data sets and complex problems facing a multibilliondollar global business
Prior experience in investment management or financial services is preferred
Knowledge of Oracle and/or Hyperion planning is a plus.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel PowerPoint and Word
Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau is a plus
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks and projects
Strong verbal and written presentation skills
Ability to work in a team environment across functions and geographic locations
