Position: Call Center Representative
Schedule: Weekends Off
Salary: $800 $1095 per week
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers helping them with inquiries issues and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while treating every customer with respect and aiming to exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the database
- Identify and escalate issues that require supervisory attention
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure resolution
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
