SUMMARY OF JOB:
The Benefits Coordinator provides administrative support to the Benefits team. This position will spend significant time supporting our interresort transfer process. As employees transfer from one company to another this position will ensure that service hours leave accruals and benefits are also transferred within PeopleSoft. In addition this position will help communicate the process with HR members and answer related questions and issues.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Run reports in PeopleSoft to ensure proper tracking of interresort transfers.
Assist employees and members of HR with questions and issues.
Assist with transferring hours accruals and benefits.
Other duties as assigned.
