Overview:
Valid Ohio drivers license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection insurance eligibility driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Childrens Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.

Essential Functions:
- Maintains overall functionality operation and productivity of Imaging services.
- Ensures service excellence and compliance with regulatory standards hospital policies and accreditation requirements.
- Participates in network expansion efforts including new site evaluations equipment acquisitions and service offerings.
- Serves as a liaison with the planning and business development teams to align imaging services with the hospitals growth strategies.
- Leads recruitment training and development of imaging services staff to maintain high levels of expertise professionalism and productivity.
- Identifies and implements best practices to improve operational efficiency patient experience and quality outcomes.
- Prepares and submits recommendations to the director for section budgetary considerations.
- Develops implements and oversees quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient safety service timeliness and diagnostic accuracy.
Education Requirement:
Graduate of an accredited educational program for Radiologic Technology required.
Licensure Requirement:
- Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Active status) required.
- Current ODH License required.
Certifications:
Current CPR Certification preferred.
Skills:
High level of communication and organizational skills.
Experience:
- 5 years clinical experience in Radiologic Sciences preferably pediatrics.
- 3 years experience of experience in clinical operations management within a healthcare or imaging services setting.
