Job Description

What Youll be Doing

  • Operation Management: Manage the day-to-day operations across multi-worksites ensuring contract performance service quality and compliance with company and client KPIs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a point of contact for clients addressing concerns promptly and maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Quality Assurance & Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections monitor service delivery quality and oversee corrective actions to address deficiencies.
  • Budget & Contract Management: Support budgeting processes and provide updates to duty lists and contract terms as needed.
  • Staff Support & Leadership: Provide training support and leadership to site staff and managers.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and review operational report to ensure compliance and transparency.
  • Business Development: Assist with tender inputs and identify opportunities to grow the business in key sectors and new markets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Operations Quality and EHS teams to meet safety quality and performance targets.

Qualifications :

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.

  • Managerial and leadership skills.

  • Minimum 3 years experience within Management preferably in positions within the Cleaning Industry.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to be organised and be able to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to identify customer needs and challenges.

 

Requirements:

  • You must have full work rights within Australia

  • A current clear Police Check
