What Youll be Doing
- Operation Management: Manage the day-to-day operations across multi-worksites ensuring contract performance service quality and compliance with company and client KPIs.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as a point of contact for clients addressing concerns promptly and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Quality Assurance & Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections monitor service delivery quality and oversee corrective actions to address deficiencies.
- Budget & Contract Management: Support budgeting processes and provide updates to duty lists and contract terms as needed.
- Staff Support & Leadership: Provide training support and leadership to site staff and managers.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and review operational report to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Business Development: Assist with tender inputs and identify opportunities to grow the business in key sectors and new markets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Operations Quality and EHS teams to meet safety quality and performance targets.

Excellent organisation and communication skills.
Managerial and leadership skills.
Minimum 3 years experience within Management preferably in positions within the Cleaning Industry.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to be organised and be able to meet deadlines.
Ability to identify customer needs and challenges.
Requirements:
You must have full work rights within Australia
A current clear Police Check
