Are you an experienced ERP Business Analyst with a track record of success in largescale projects Do you have handson experience with Oracle Fusion or other major ERP systems If so this is your chance to make a significant impact on a highprofile ERP transformation project.
About the Role:
As an ERP Business Analyst you will play a key role in analysing business processes identifying areas for improvement and ensuring the successful implementation of an enterprisewide ERP solution. You will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements support testing and drive efficiencies within a complex multivendor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document business requirements for ERP implementation.
- Develop process maps gap analyses and impact assessments.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritise business needs.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings.
- Support testing activities and ensure smooth system integration.
- Collaborate with vendors contractors and internal teams to drive project success.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in business analysis within large ERP projects (Oracle Fusion SAP or similar).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to improve processes and drive change.
- Experience working in complex multivendor environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic project environment.
