- Identify and recommend services to customers and prospects while in the field.
- Maintain and operate lawn care equipment.
- Assist with shop work as needed.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience operating machinery.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet production goals.
- Must pass a drug test and background check.
- Customer service experience.
- Small engine repair or mechanical skills.
- Education or experience in agriculture agronomy business horticulture or turf management.
