Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the food and beverage department
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and enhance guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold quality standards
- Lead and motivate a team of F&B staff to deliver exceptional service
- Manage inventory ordering and stock control
- Collaborate with chefs to design menus and pricing strategies
