Leadership and Management
- Oversee heads of Manufacturing (Production Packing PPIC) Purchase and Engineering & Support head of Quality Assurance (QA) Quality Control (QC).
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure efficient and effective operations across all departments.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement operational excellence and adherence to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Operational Oversight
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations at both manufacturing sites with a focus on optimizing production processes and resource utilization.
- Oversee the development and implementation of production schedules ensuring timely delivery of highquality products.
Regulatory Compliance and Quality Management
- Maintain a strong hold on regulatory compliance and audits ensuring all operations meet global regulatory standards including MHRA and other international authorities.
- Support implementation of comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) to ensure product quality and safety.
Strategic Planning and
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Executive Council to prepare and implement the growth strategy of the organization.
- Drive operational strategies that align with the companys overall business objectives and market demands.
- Prepare progressive budgets for every financial year and deliver 100 of the budget in numbers and profitability.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing Head of R&D Head of Finance CQ Head and Head of HR to ensure cohesive and integrated business operations.
- Participate in Executive Council meetings to contribute to the strategic decisionmaking process.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with key stakeholders including regulatory authorities suppliers and internal teams to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure transparent and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications and Experience
- Masters degree in Pharmacy Engineering or a related field. MBA/EDP from A institutes is preferred.
- 2025 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role responsible for overall operations of multiple sites of a largescale pharmaceutical group operating in an intense regulatory ecosystem.
- Proven track record of managing largescale pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and teams.
- Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements and experience with regulatory audits.
- Expertise in quality management systems (QMS) and operational excellence methodologies.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute operational plans effectively.
