The Inside Sales Trainee position at Pioneer E Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a fulltime role based in New Delhi aimed at individuals with 0 to 1 years of work experience. This entrylevel position offers freshers an opportunity to develop their skills in a dynamic IT environment focusing on software sales and government sales.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in communication skills demonstrating the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively to clients and colleagues.
  • A strong foundation in sales techniques enabling the candidate to identify customer needs and present product solutions effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management tools to maintain and strengthen customer connections.
  • Problemsolving skills to identify issues analyze options and implement effective solutions efficiently.
  • Must possess software sales skills focusing on understanding client software requirements and offering suitable services (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience or interest in government sales with an understanding of navigating sales processes within the public sector (Mandatory skill).
  • Insightful approach to inside sales capable of managing client inquiries and closing deals through virtual communication channels (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and industry trends maintaining the relevance of sales strategies.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients understanding their IT needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to enhance service offerings based on client interactions.
  • Keep uptodate with company products and industry trends to effectively communicate offerings to clients.
  • Monitor sales metrics and report advancements to management contributing to the strategic sales objectives.
  • Utilize CRM software to track client interactions update sales activities and manage leads efficiently.
