The mission of the Real Estate Development Programming Department is to represent the Business Owner to ensure the spaces we design & build will meet their functional requirements.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Programming Team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for gathering the functional requirements for our physical spaces on behalf of the Business Owner delivering the successful completion of highquality project deliverables on time and with accurate programming. As the Sr. Manager Programming Real Estate Development you will collaborate with various crossfunctional stakeholders including Operations Design Architecture Construction and the Project Management Office to identify translate communicate and validate programming excellence throughout the development of each project. The typical hiring range for this position is $100000 to $150000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
