Position Overview: Are you currently studying or recently completed IT at University or TAFE and looking for your first role in the industry This is a fantastic opportunity to gain handson experience in Microsoft Azure and various SAS applications to develop your skills in a supportive environment. As a Junior System Administrator you will be an integral part of our small closeknit team working on a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation configuration and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the security and integrity of data.
- Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members on various IT projects and initiatives.
- Implement automation and Ai into various aspects of our business for efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Currently undertaking or completed IT studies at University or TAFE.
- Basic understanding of computer networks hardware and software.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication documentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
