Job Description Digital Marketing Manager
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning implementing and managing our digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility engage with our target audience and drive online sales and lead generation. This role involves overseeing the of all digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO PPC social media email content marketing and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals including increasing brand awareness driving website traffic and generating leads.
- Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels such as SEO SEM (Google Ads Bing Ads) social media (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter) email marketing content marketing and display advertising.
- Oversee content creation for digital platforms ensuring consistency with brand voice style and messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and areas for growth and use insights to refine strategies.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports on ROI KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales product and design to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors such as digital agencies influencers and partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends tools and best practices and make recommendations for new strategies to improve overall digital marketing effectiveness.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and optimize campaign performance.
- Ensure all digital marketing efforts comply with data protection regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong knowledge of SEO SEM PPC Google Analytics social media advertising and email marketing tools.
- Proficiency in using marketing software (e.g. HubSpot MailChimp Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with datadriven decisionmaking.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with content creation and copywriting is a plus.
- Certification in Google Analytics Google Ads or other digital marketing tools is a plus.
