Job Description

Marketing Manager

Location: Cleveland OH 44114

Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and dissemination of information meant to drive sales of the organizations products or services. Creates and drafts marketing communications including promotional publications presentations advertisements or brochures; reviews and edits messages to ensure that they are clear thorough on-brand and seek to preserve the companys image. Defines target audiences and tailors messages and delivery channels. Collects data on the performance of specific communications or campaigns and modifies strategies to improve performance as well as all other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing and promotional strategies that align with the organizations goals and objectives including setting clear goals and defining target markets.
  • Manage Communication Activities: Oversee all communication-related activities ensuring consistency in messaging across various channels including social media email and public relations.
  • Content Creation: Generate compelling content for marketing materials press releases and digital platforms to engage target audiences.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the organizations brand image ensuring that all communications reflect the brands values and mission.
  • Analyze Performance: Monitor analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communication strategies adjusting as necessary to improve results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy execution.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate promotional events trade shows and other marketing initiatives to showcase products and services.
  • Manage Campaigns: Oversee the planning execution and management of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital social media email and print.
  • Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends customer preferences and competitive dynamics to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and other departments to ensure alignment and maximize the impact.
  • Leads and directs the work of other employees and has authority for personnel decisions.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing Communications or a related field is typically required.
  • Three to five years of experience in marketing and communications is required with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and content creation.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and market trends.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the fields concepts and principles.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics including SEO SEM and social media advertising.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
  • Able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation.
