This is a great opportunity to work alongside the Business Solutions Manager and learn all about client services that happen behind the scenes of a successful freight company. The apprenticeship comes alongside an immediate full time contract and the apprentice will be considered as a part of the team as any other employee.
Duties Include :
- Receiving calls/emails from clients
- Making reports based on provided information
- Taking part in generating quotes
- All other freight customer service duties
CKF will pay for the apprenticeship training. The apprentice will be seated in the same office as the mentor the business solutions manager in order to be exposed to all daily operations firsthand.The apprentice will have daily access to members of the Freight HQ in order to understand the wider context of the businessHR will check in periodically with the apprentice
Requirements
The candidate will need to have a full right to work in the UK (no student limitations of 20h per week)
