What Devereux Looks for in YOU:
- Expertise: Conduct direct observations consult with teachers case managers and other team members on effective classroom strategies.
- Innovation: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and address individual school requests across various programs and schools.
- Compassion: Review students needs for ABA treatment provide staff training and actively participate in Individual Education Plan (IEP) development.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in ABA Psychology Special Education or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- One year experience working with IDD population.
- Prior experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans
- Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis
