Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Greece included.
- Recruitment Process:Easy online recruitment process (phone call and video interview)
- Work in the office in Athens
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Make outbound calls to generate leads from small and medium businesses.
- Work with the client to develop a plan identifying target companies and prospects.
- Schedule meetings and pass leads to other sales teams.
- Engage in discussions with senior executives at target companies.
- Meet or exceed the monthly lead generation quota.
- Qualify potential opportunities and handle objections.
- Research and grow both new and existing accounts.
- Sales and Upselling (Inbound and Outbound):
- Make daily calls/emails to decisionmakers build rapport identify needs and close sales.
- Explain the clients products and solutions to businesses of different sizes.
- Run outbound campaigns to engage prospective customers interested in the clients products.
- Lead outbound campaigns from initial contact to deal closure.
- Develop best practices for sales interactions and workflows.
- Meet or exceed the monthly sales quota.
- Contact existing customers to upsell additional products or services.
- Handle small technical issues or refer them to the appropriate teams.
What you will need:
- Fluent level of Dutch language (at least C1
- Good level of English language (at least B2
- Communication skills
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
- Some experience in outbound or B2B sales or business development preferably in IT.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing like Google Cloud Platform solutions.
Nice to have:
- Previous Experience in sales
- Previous Experience in telesales and successfully managing a large portfolio of accounts and contacts
- Previous Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms
What you will gain:
- full time contract
- Salary: 1600 euros gross x 14 months
- Performance Bonus up to: to 20 of the base salary
