We are seeking a resultsdriven Inside Sales Representativeto engage with our existing customers understand their needs and upsell our suite of digital services. This role is pivotal in helping our customers enhance the performance reliability and longevity of their assets through smart datadriven solutions.
You will be responsible for nurturing relationships identifying upselling opportunities and closing dealsall from the comfort of your desk! If you thrive in a fastpaced sales environment and have a passion for technology and customer success this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What will you be doing
Proactively reach out to existing KONE customers to introduce and sell digital services
Understand customer needs and educate them on the benefits of KONEs digital and SMART solutions
Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets
Collaborate with service and account management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Use CRM tools to track interactions followups and sales performance
Stay updated on industry trends and KONEs evolving digital product offerings
Take ownership of customer information update (Removing old data & updating with current data)
Take ownership of customerfeedback and liaise with the relevant areas to close the loop
Lead qualification/verification
Work closely with the admin team to eliminate double handling
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in inside sales telesales or customer account management
Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
A proactive and customerfirst mindset
Ability to explain technical products in a simple and engaging way
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Passion for digital transformation and smart technology solutions
High attention to detail
Flexibility to move between tasks
