We Prefer:- Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
- Career Readiness Certification (CRC) strongly preferred.

The starting rate of pay for this role is $20.00/hour; however RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
