As a qualified Occupational Therapist at Plena Healthcare you will be part of a dynamic collaborative multidisciplinary team that is dedicated to providing personalised highquality treatments for our residents.
Be a part of something truly innovative! Our Plena Care Pathway is designed to empower therapists like you to create customised therapy programs tailored to each residents goals and needs. Youll deliver evidencebased mobility and functional programs perform care plan reviews provide oneonone therapy interventions and lead groupbased active aging services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide clinical recommendations to support residents in activities of daily living mobility transfers falls risk prevention equipment needs pressure area care joint management and pain management.
- Adapt your approach to meet the evolving needs of the facility and work within the scope of the Occupational Therapy profession to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.

- Current AHPRA registration
- Australian working rights
