Job Description
- Independent Analytical Bioassay method and analysis
- Contribute to assay optimization and troubleshooting
- Authoring of technical documents including procedures protocols and reports
- Routine lab management including equipment maintenance and keeping inventory
- Development and management of project timelines and deliverables
- Ability to work independently and within crossfunctional project teams
- Commercial lifecycle management of the biologics analytical strategy
Qualifications :
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Biology Chemistry Biochemistry or related scientific field
- Experience with Immunological Test Methods and their assay development specifically ELISAs
- Experience with Cell Culture techniques and Cell based Assays
- Ability to independently follow procedures and work within a crossfunctional team
- Ability to think critically and learn new techniques
- Good technical communication (oral and written) interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Selfmotivated with a positive attitude and proven performance record
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) laboratory environment in the area of large molecules (biologics vaccine)
- Knowledge of receptor pharmacology and 4PL curve analysis
- Experience with GMP compliance
- Familiarity with assay validations transfers and equivalence studies
- Experience with deviation management and change control processes.
- Experience with Electronic Notebook and LIMS systems.
- Experience with SoftMax Pro
Additional Information :
Position is fulltime with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of West Point PA are encouraged to apply.
