Job Description
Tasks
- Analyze complex sports data to identify trends and insights that can enhance team performance.
- Develop predictive models to forecast player performance and potential injuries.
- Collaborate with coaches and sports analysts to integrate datadriven insights into training programs.
- Design and implement algorithms for realtime data processing during live sports events.
- Visualize and present data findings to stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis and statistical modeling preferably within the sports industry.
- Proficiency in Python or R with strong skills in machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or scikitlearn.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Passion for sports and understanding of elite sports environments is a big plus.
- Ability to validate Fit:Match Reflect scan reports using datadriven insights.
- Sports industry knowledge: Experience working with NFL NHL MLB and Major League Soccer teams.
- Collaboration skills: Proven track record of working with coaches trainers and sports professionals to enhance athlete performance optimize training and prevent injuries.
