Position Summary:
The Senior Manager Patient Support Services is responsible for managing the daily operations of the patient support program within Travere while fostering a collaborative environment with all stakeholders. In addition they must have the ability to multitask prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities in a dynamic crossfunctional teamwork environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of a program launch managing daily operations and leading innovation within Hub services.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the daily operations of the Hub program and supporting vendors
Monitor volume trends and ensure adequate staffing is available to meet all patient service objectives and goals
Act as a primary contact and subject matter expert for Hub services and program vendors serving as a resource to all stakeholders.
Collaborate and coordinate crossfunctionally with internal stakeholders to strategize and deliver a bestinindustry patient experience through appropriate patient support programs services educational materials and other tactics designed to assist with adherence and patient engagement.
Identify and deliver program data and analytics to internal team members and stakeholders for required periodic (daily weekly monthly etc) reviews.
Maintains a compliant patientcentric approach in all that we do.
Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree within Business Healthcare or Life Sciences discipline required. Equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered.
A minimum of 7 years relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry in a variety of progressively responsible positions including at least 5 years of Hub Services
Program management and experience in a leadership role is a must.
Specialty pharmaceutical nephrology rare disease REMs Clinical experience preferred.

Experience launching and supporting a Hub program(s) with multiple stakeholders.
Strong professional experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Well organized with the ability to multitask prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities in a dynamic crossfunctional teamwork environment.
Excellent collaboration skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and manage complexity.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Successful record of creating and leading complex project plans timelines budgets and critical paths.
Ability to adapt to modification and changes to project plans demonstrating flexibility to implement new strategies and tactics to accommodate these changes.
Ability to travel 20 domestic and internationally.
All positions have an essential job function to be able to perform face to face work with colleagues and/or onsite in San Diego. No role is expected to be 100 remote.

Target Base Pay Range:
$128000.00 $165000.00*This information is current as of the date of this posting and may be modified in the future. Actual pay offered to a candidate will depend on a variety of factors including the candidates experience education skills and location.
