Role Definition

• Provide sales operational support to Cat Financial Territory Managers and Caterpillar dealer finance and sales teams

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely quotes to Cat Financial Territory Managers and Caterpillar dealer Sales Teams.
• Analyze customer information and documents to ensure correct document preparation such as constitution board resolutions and searches.
• Prepares transactions for documentation outside of booking system and provides casualty values and amortization schedules.
• Support in the explanation of our documentation credit evaluation sales promotions quoting collections cash applications any conditions precedent and all finance products to Dealers and customers.

• Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service value and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.

This position is currently a hybrid inoffice work model requiring 3day weekly office presence onsite at our Nashville Main office and remote work for the remaining days.However work arrangements may be adjusted at any time based on business needs.
