Walter is recruiting for a
Project Manager Strategy (m/f/d)
Location: flexible
Your Responsibilities:
An essential part of your tasks will be collecting and analyzing information and data related to procedural efficiency within the organization
You will develop new solutions practices and strategies to support longterm business growth
Further you will interview organization employees and complete onsite observations to better understand organizational strategy and efficiency
Collaborating and working with managers and executives to ensure strategies are performing will also be an essential part
You will research and analyze market trends and industry competition
Presenting findings projections and recommended strategies will be one of your goals
Your Profile:
You hold a university degree in Manufacturing Mechanical Engineering Production or Industrial Engineering and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
You have minimum 5 years of experience in the field of manufacturing digital or supply in a multinational environment
Further you have good knowledge in manufacturing processes and cutting tools
Strong research conceptual and analytical skills to interpret market and industry data as well as project management skills are key
Current understanding of industry trends and processes
Knowledge of financial structures
Besides your problemsolving skills to create optimized strategies that account for and mitigate risk entrepreneurial thinking and solutionoriented action are essential to you
You are fluent in English (oral and written) and your verbal and communication skills help you to collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization
Further you also have very good presentation skills and thinking out of the box skills
You enjoy working in international teams including worldwide travel activities
