Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both onsite and offshore team members
- Lead and oversee projects from start to finish ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
- Work closely with engineers and business stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables
- Create and maintain detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource planning
Project Scope and Duties
- Handle onsite and occasional offshore team management
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers developers and business teams
- Oversee resource allocation and scheduling
- Maintain regular communication with clients
Candidate Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 3 years of project management experience in application development
- Basic understanding of AI with the ability to explain it to clients
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- English reading and writing skills
Good to Have:
- Experience working on AI-related projects especially involving LLM
Additional Requirements
- 3 years of overall project management experience
- Solid foundational knowledge of AI and machine learning
- Fluent Japanese (native level) with reading and writing ability in English
Preferred Background
- Hands-on experience in AI-related projects and development work
