QMS Engineer 02 Post
Education: BE Mechanical
Experience: Min 2 Years in Automobile Auto Component Mfg. Industry
Salary Budget: Rs. 20000/ to 25000/ PM
Knowledge: All Type of Audit & Documentations
Personal skills:
- A competent professional in Quality assurance and Quality Management System process planning and process improvements with handson experience in SAP QM processes.
- Experienced in managing crossfunctional activities encompassing quality of the product processes & bought out items and proficiency in coordinating with the vendors customers enhancing their process operations thereby achieving the required quality level.
- Possesses Knowledge of statistical tools Cp CPK SPC TQM6SIGMA POKA YOKE KAIZEN DWM6W2H and 8D analysis Knowledge of Excel MS Word PowerPoint etc
- Participating in APQP FMEA PPAP SPC 6 SIGMA etc.
- MRM data analysis for Top Management.
- Analysis of customer complaints & satisfaction.
- Monitor quality level & PPM level achievements.
- Implementation of continuous improvements & Error proofing strategy.
- Documents management regarding customer complaint.
Quality Engineer 1 Post
Education:BE Mechanical
Experience: 2 Years Auto Sector
Salary Budget: Rs. 20000/ to 25000/ PM
Knowledge: EHS OSAHAS IATF Audit Documentation & CNC VMC Knowledge
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Presently working as a Quality engineer.
- Document preparation for a new part such as PPAP IPO.PQCS Validation reports Skill matrix SOP.
- To do inward inspection of material & Preparing Inspection reports.
- Special Documents like QP WI OPL for components supplied for HMSI (Honda).
- To do first set up piece inspection of CNC VMC component for critical dimensions on profile projector.
- Working on PPM Reduction & Defect analysis.
- To maintain a Calibration record of all Gauges toolings used for Critical Processes.
- satisfy the customer by taking proper action on their complaint and its sustenance.
- Aware of weld penetration of different welded joints.
- To do Pokayoke while designing a new process machines tools & existing.
- Follow the safety rules and regulation
- Losses & loss reduction techniques implementation
